By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, or applying to become a retail partner, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
The Platform is intended for use by individuals and businesses in India who are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. YBLPay is a digital-first financial services and assisted commerce platform. Through our network of retail partners, we facilitate access to:
YBLPay acts as a technology and business correspondent/facilitation layer. We do not ourselves hold a banking licence, underwrite insurance, or act as a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). Each underlying financial service is provided by, and remains the responsibility of, the licensed bank, NBFC, payments bank, insurer or switch provider named at the point of transaction.
Individuals or entities applying to become a YBLPay retail partner ("Partner") must complete our onboarding process, including identity verification (KYC), business verification, and acceptance of a separate Partner Agreement that governs commission structure, settlement timelines, device/terminal usage, and conduct obligations. These Terms of Use apply to the website and enquiry process; the Partner Agreement, once executed, will govern the ongoing partner relationship and will prevail over these Terms in case of conflict on partner-specific matters.
Partners are expected to:
Services offered through the Platform operate within frameworks set by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), and, where applicable, the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI). Use of AEPS requires UIDAI-compliant biometric capture devices and adherence to UIDAI's Aadhaar Authentication guidelines.
